If you’re visiting this page, then it’s likely there is a fault with your diesel injector when attempted to be removed for replacement or servicing.
Our technicians are highly trained and well experienced to resolve stuck injector issues. Rest assured that all our work is guaranteed and we’ll always have a solution to your seized or stuck diesel injector.
Injectors used on diesel engines equipped with common rail injection systems are very often found to be stuck in cylinder heads from various reasons including:
- Excess water ingress between the injector and cylinder head sometimes caused by poor manufacturer design resulting in corrosion build-up of both of injector body and cylinder head’s material.
- Injector seal failure causing excessive carbon build-up between injector and cylinder head.
- Over time, a difference in temperature from the running engine to stationary engine and air moisture will cause corrosion build-up.
Whatever your situation is, here at OGS Mechanics we can help and have custom built equipment to cover almost all possible scenarios.
Over the years we have worked on many seized injectors because of poor manufacturer design, seal failure, normal wear and corrosion, or due to attempted removal by someone else.
If your diesel fuel system requires maintenance including injector removal, then specialist equipment and technicians are required.
It’s Always Cheaper to Have the Job Done Right First Time. Unsuccessful Attempts can Cause More Damage and Cost More to be Rectified
